Meet the Maker

It all started in the month of January, 1994. Coming out of a trade school for carpentry, Mike Solis landed his very FIRST and ONLY job. From pushing a broom to becoming a foreman. The owner Mr. J. C. Conner took a chance seeing the potential in him. Which later landed him a supervisor position. A position that came from a passion. A passion to create for the clients from all that he knows. From carpentry, framing, sheet rocking, etc., for commercial to residential.

Along with the help and support from God and his family, he has now been giving the opportunity to build and create "Modernized Designs". Given these passion in the industry, Modernized Designs promises to "build your vision" to create reality.
